Well done to the local brewers who have come together to raise awareness of men’s health issues, and while their choice of how to do this — a semi-nude calendar — might raise a few eyebrows, we are sure that it will raise the pulse of even more people. All of the proceeds from the sale of the calendar will go to the Movember Foundation, a nonprofit focused on men’s health. In addition to raising money, they also wanted to make more men aware that they can beat diseases like prostrate cancer if it is detected early. We urge you to raise a glass to these fine men from 3 Sheeps Brewing, 8th Street Ale Haus and Plymouth Brewing Co. We are sure that you can find something you’ll like from their breweries to fill it.
